A Monti Fox whole house remodel in the Hawthorne District of SE Portland. All new electrical, plumbing, hvac systems with heated bathroom tile flooring and unique lye finished fir flooring throughout. The space was rearranged with complete remodel of 3 full bathrooms and kitchen. Partial finished basement conversion with insulation and new windows added throughout to increase energy efficiency to the entire house. Every square inch of the interior/ exterior was thoughtfully and thoroughly touched.
