LAURELHURST REMODEL

Another Monti Fox whole house remodel in the Laurelhurst Neighborhood of NE Portland. All new electrical, plumbing, hvac systems with addition of one bathroom. A bit of rearranging the space and complete remodel to other bathrooms and kitchen. Partial finished basement conversion with insulation and new windows added throughout to increase energy efficiency to the entire house. Every square inch of the interior/ exterior was thoughtfully and thoroughly touched.
