HEMLOCK house

Over a three year period my wife and I remodeled our house in Cannon Beach while we lived in it. All the design and almost all of the actual carpentry, cabinetry, tile and other work was completed by myself. The house started with the upper level overhanging a carport which I enclosed for a formal front door and single car garage on the ground level. Both existing levels were reconfigured keeping the sleeping spaces at the back of the house, relocating 2 bathrooms and the laundry, plus the addition of an indoor sauna and a formal family room. The exterior went through an entire facelift which I hope to share in photos later as well. I enjoy the organic process of remodel, especially without restrictions on design and time.
